The Jet Mud Mixer(Mixing Hopper) is used to prepare drilling fluid,
which is used to change the density, viscosity, water loss, acidity
and alkalinity of the drilling fluid. The Jet Mud Mixer(Mixing
Hopper) can meet the weighting and preparation of drilling fluid

When using, it is necessary to put the drilling fluid materials
(bentonite, barite powder, etc.) and the corresponding chemical

pressure of the mixed liquid, and make the material fully circulate
and mix in the tank.
The Jet Mud Mixer(Mixing Hopper) can help the operator to mix the
slurry with maximum efficiency. At the drilling rig site, it is
usually necessary to add bentonite, polymer and other powders to
achieve the performance of the drilling mud, such as the viscosity
of the wellbore purification drilling mud, water loss control and
filter cake establishment. In the application of high specific
gravity mud, it is more important to deal with the potential impact
of barite.
The Jet Mud Mixer(Mixing Hopper) includes a mechanically sealed
centrifugal mixing pump and a venturi funnel. It will be more
effective if used together with a shear pump. The mixing funnel and
mixing pump can be flexibly placed according to different site
requirements and system space. It can be either a single
skid-mounted type, a tank-end skid-mounted type, or even a separate
tank top hopper and tank side pump to improve customer operability,
improve mixing efficiency, or make the entire system more
compact.
